1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Discret Digital, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Payment Terms

• A 100% deposit is required to initiate any project.

• Final payment is due before the release of deliverables.

• Late payments will incur a [5]% monthly fee.

3. Project Scope

• Any changes to the agreed-upon scope must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges.

4. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with [30] days’ written notice.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

5. Liability

• Discret Digital is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions.

• Our maximum liability is capped at the total fees paid for the project.

6. Governing Law
